Intellectual Property Policy – Lemonteeca

At Lemonteeca, we proudly provide a creative space where artists and designers can share their unique visions through custom-made apparel and merchandise. While we encourage originality and self-expression, we are equally dedicated to upholding and protecting intellectual property rights.

As part of this commitment, users are strictly prohibited from uploading, creating, or selling content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property protections.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

We take intellectual property infringement claims seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material has been used on our platform without authorization, please submit a detailed infringement notice. Once validated, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing content.

Accounts responsible for repeated violations risk permanent suspension.

To submit an infringement claim, please include the following:

  • Description of the Infringed Work: Provide details such as name, description, and registration number (if available).
  • Details of the Infringing Material: Identify or link to the specific page(s) where the violation occurs.
  • Your Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Declare that your claim is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Signature: A physical or digital signature confirming the validity of your claim.

B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Report

After reviewing your complete and valid infringement notice:

  • The infringing content will be removed or disabled.
  • The uploader will be notified of the removal.
  • Accounts with repeated violations may face permanent termination.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake and you have the legal right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Identification of Removed Content: Clearly state what was removed and its original location on the Lemonteeca site.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Confirm the removal was an error or a case of mistaken identity.
  • Your Contact Information: Full name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Jurisdiction Statement: Agree to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court where you live, or where Lemonteeca is based if you reside outside the U.S.
  • Signature: Your physical or digital signature.

If the original complainant does not file legal action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
