Return Guideline
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send it back easily.
All Other Returns or Exchanges
For any other reason, you have 10 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including tags, packaging, and accessories. Start your return by contacting us through our website or emailing us directly.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or final sale items aren’t eligible for return or exchange. For standard returns not due to defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
After 10 Days: If the item is defective, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund.

Exchanges

Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit equal to the return’s value.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
